Insights is published as an RSS feed. A feed reader checks it for you and shows each new note as it appears. There is no sign up and no mailing list; your reader simply fetches a file from this site.

Open your feed reader, choose to add a feed or a subscription, and paste the address. Many readers also find the feed on their own if you give them this site's address, because every page announces it. If you have never used a feed reader, search for RSS reader: free apps exist for every phone and desktop, and there are web services that need nothing installed.
What the feed carries
The full text of every note, its publication date, and a link to the page on this site, newest first. The feed is updated whenever a note is published.
Why it looks like code in a browser
A feed is written for software, not for reading. If you open the address directly, most browsers show the raw file instead of a page. That is expected and does not mean the feed is broken; paste the address into a reader instead. If you want to see the file anyway, it is at feed.xml.
No account, no list
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to unsubscribe from; remove the feed from your reader and it stops. This site runs no analytics and keeps no list of readers. Your reader fetches the file the way a browser fetches a page.
